Private Training:

Private consultations allow busy clients to train their dog in the convenience of their home. With private training, you can work on behaviors specific to your individual dog at a time that is best for you.

Private lessons are invaluable for dogs who present with challenging behaviors such as fears, phobias, reactivity, aggression and more. Note: We only work with mild fear and aggression issues. If we are unable to help you, we are happy to refer you to a veterinary behaviorist.

Service Area for in-home lessons:

We primarily serve Greenbelt, Berwyn Heights, College Park, University Park, Cheverly, Riverdale, Hyattsville, Beltsville, Laurel, Bowie, Mitchellville, Lanham and Glenn Dale in Prince George’s County and Takoma Park and Silver Spring in Montgomery County; we are adding parts of Anne Arundel county to our service area.

Availability:

We offer daytime as well as evening and weekend appointments. Appointments are scheduled on a first come, first served basis. Evening and weekend appointments tend to fill up quickly.

Pricing for private sessions:

Initial consultations are two-hours long and cost $160 dollars. This includes a one-hour Dog Fundamentals session, and a one-hour introduction to foundation behaviors as well as free follow-up emails or phone calls, written handouts, a clicker and more.
Subsequent lessons are one-hour long and cost $95 dollars for a 90-minute appointment. We require 24 hours notice for cancellations.
